Formspace Settings

Your Formspace settings let you manage the core configuration of your organization. Only owners and admins can access the settings page — members with the member role will see an access restriction notice.

To open settings, click Settings in the sidebar.

The settings page is organized into three tabs:

TabWhat it covers
DetailsOrganization name, subdomain, logo, and deletion.
MembersTeam member management and invitations. See Team Members & Roles for a dedicated guide.
SubscriptionPlan details, usage, and billing. See Subscription & Billing for a dedicated guide.

The Formspace card lets you update your organization’s name. This name appears in the sidebar, on team invitations, and in email notifications.

  1. Edit the Name field.
  2. Click Save Changes.

Every Formspace is given a dedicated subdomain where your published forms are hosted. The domain is displayed as:

https://{your-slug}.forms.space

This subdomain is the base URL for all your published forms. For example, a form with the path feedback would be accessible at https://{your-slug}.forms.space/feedback.

On a Premium plan, you can change the subdomain to something more memorable and on-brand:

  1. On the Details tab, find the Domain card.
  2. Click Customize.
  3. Enter your preferred slug in the dialog.

Slugs must follow these rules:

  • At least 4 characters, at most 63.
  • Start and end with a letter or number.
  • Contain only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.

The dialog validates your slug in real-time and checks availability, so you’ll know immediately if your choice is taken.

The Logo card lets you upload a logo for your organization. This logo appears on form cards in the dashboard and helps you visually identify your Formspace.

  1. Click the drop zone or drag and drop an image file onto it.
  2. Use the crop dialog to adjust the position and zoom. The logo is cropped to a square.
  3. Click Save to upload.

Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP, with a maximum file size of 5 MB.

If you already have a logo uploaded:

  • Click Change to upload a new one.
  • Click Remove to delete the current logo.

At the bottom of the Details tab, the Delete Formspace card lets you permanently remove the organization and all associated data.

To delete your Formspace:

  1. Click Delete Formspace.
  2. In the confirmation dialog, type the exact name of your Formspace.
  3. Click Delete Formspace to confirm.

After deletion, you’ll be redirected and can create a new Formspace or switch to another one if you belong to multiple organizations.
