Overview Dashboard
The overview dashboard gives you a bird’s-eye view of your Formspace activity. It’s the first thing you see after signing in, and it’s designed to help you quickly understand how your forms are performing.
Accessing the overview
Section titled “Accessing the overview”Click Overview in the sidebar, or simply sign in — the dashboard redirects here by default.
Stats cards
Section titled “Stats cards”At the top of the overview you’ll find summary cards that highlight your key metrics at a glance.
Shows the total number of forms in your Formspace. Click the card to jump to the forms list where you can create, edit, and manage your forms.
Responses
Section titled “Responses”Shows the total number of responses received across all your forms. Click the card to browse your forms and drill into individual response data.
Top forms
Section titled “Top forms”Displays your three most popular forms ranked by total response count. Each entry shows:
- The form’s rank and title.
- The total number of responses.
- A relative bar chart so you can visually compare performance.
Click any form in the list to open it directly in the builder on the Submissions tab, where you can review the responses in detail.
If none of your forms have received responses yet, this card shows a “No responses yet” placeholder.
Daily responses chart
Section titled “Daily responses chart”Below the stats cards, an area chart plots the number of responses received each day over the past 90 days. This helps you spot trends, identify spikes in activity, and understand how engagement changes over time.
- Hover over any point on the chart to see the exact date and response count in a tooltip.
- The X-axis shows dates (abbreviated as month and day), and the Y-axis shows the response count.
- The chart automatically scales to fit your data — if you’re just getting started, even a handful of responses will be clearly visible.
Using the overview effectively
Section titled “Using the overview effectively”The overview is intentionally simple — it answers the questions you’re most likely to ask when you open the dashboard:
- How many forms do I have? Check the Forms card.
- How many responses have I collected? Check the Responses card.
- Which forms are getting the most traction? Check the Top Forms card.
- Is response volume going up or down? Check the daily chart.
For deeper analysis — filtering, searching, exporting — navigate to individual forms and their submissions tables.
